What the experts say? Another story

We just received the expert report. A very technical report, documented and full 22 pages on what happened the night of 19 to 20 January 2009.

After twenty-one months of a thorough investigation , the two medical experts - an obstetrician and a neurologist - claim responsibility for the wrongful pregnancy. The case is under investigation, so I can not say more here.

Several options are available to us now:

1. The commission will meet March 3, 2011 may request a new expertise or additional information on any of the conclusions of the report.
2. Motherhood can not accept the expertise we have just received because it was made as part of a procedure for amicable.
3. Motherhood can accept this expertise and make us an offer of financial compensation. We can accept it or reject it if we deem it too low.

In cases 2 and 3a, we would have to initiate proceedings before the High Court for a new examination be carried out and the conclusions that have binding.
